Relocating to Austin, TX? I Can Help!

Low appraisals can kill the deal. Time to roll up your sleeves!

Low appraisals can kill the deal. Time to roll up your sleeves!

It is getting so hard to get people financed to buy a home. It has become really difficult to get from negotiated deal to closed transaction. So many things come up from the first signatures to the closing table that, if you are not careful, your dreams can turn to dust.

So, pick your real estate agent carefully! Make sure you interview them before you sign a representation agreement. Then sign it when you're satisfied that you can work together well, communicate constantly, and you feel like they will work with you to do what it takes to get the transaction closed.

And best of luck to you!
