Have Your Home Ready for the Walk-Through

Have Your Home Ready for the Walk-Through

That big day is finally here: the home you sold is about to close. The buyers will be here soon for their final walk-through?

This can be a very tense time for both parties, because we all can get a bit scared when we know that if people don't play nice on this day, the deal might very well fall apart.

So do whatever you can do to have your home in tip-top shape. Make furniture easy to move. Have clutter removed. Clean the counters and walls.

Make it happen!
