First of all — sales agents that work in model homes of new construction communities are NOT the same as a Buyers Agent. They work for the builder. There job is to make you think they work for YOU, but in reality, they work for the BUILDER. Many don't even have real estate licenses.
I, Agent Aaron, am not only a real estate agent and REALTOR®, I am a Buyers Agent — so I represent YOU, the client, in the process.

I have owned, fully or partly, three homebuilding companies in the past. My companies have built almost 1000 homes, so I understand the draw of new construction homes for homebuyers; I offer a very unusual level of expertise in the new-home construction process for my clients and potential clients.
Also, I am aware of the "insiders" specials that are featured by various builders and communities, so that means I can work even harder to get you a better deal.
Whether you are buying a "spec" new construction home, or a "presale" new construction home, I can really help you get through the process smoothly. Even if you plan on purchasing a custom home on a lot that you already own, I can consult with you about the process and expectation levels.
Now that I am a real estate agent, I get to work for YOU, the client. I am fully on the side of my clients.
Not only are my commissions paid by sellers (builders or owners) when you purchase a home in a new-home community, but I know the negotiation process for the purchase of a brand new home as well as anybody —I am confident of that. I have personally negotiated half a BILLION dollars in construction related contracts (with buyers, sellers, developers and vendors).
